About Buri

Buri was set up in 2019 as the brainchild of Le Cordon Blue trained chef proprietor, Bernard Teoh. Nestled in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Buri is a 52-seater restaurant serving fine Thai cuisine from different regions of Thailand.

At Buri, serving quality dishes is a guiding principle and this is reflected in sourcing and food preparation practices. Curries are made-from-scratch daily. Live fish is used for grilled and steamed fish dishes. Hygiene is paramount. 

A selection of regional dishes are offered in Buri including those from the Central, Northeastern, and Southern regions.

Nutritional value of chilies

Chilies contain more Vitamin C compared to oranges -~175.5mg vs 53.2mg per 100g.

Coconut oil

At Buri, we reduce coconut milk to get coconut oil, which serves as a base for our curries.

Prawn cakes

Prawn cakes are handmade with fresh ingredients and lightly flavored with curry. No flour is added for bulk.
